Monthly Success Report February 2023 – St. Martin High School

Student Success Story (SSS)

I had a junior come to me with an interest in job shadowing a welder. I was able to connect him with the owner of Saltwater Fabrication LLC. The student was able to practice welding, learn about the company, and ask questions about welding as a career. The business owner was so impressed with the work ethic and maturity of the student that he offered him a job! How many people can say they started their welding career as a 17-year-old high school junior?? I can’t wait to see where this takes him.
