The Chevron Ambassador Program (CAP) is a new Chevron workforce development initiative focusing on career exploration in Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to increase awareness of occupational/technical fields. CAP offers both academic and career-oriented information so students can better understand how they can transition from high school to a career, through presentations and Q/A with a three-member team (operator/maintenance/engineer–some are graduates of the local high schools) assigned to each school.  The program is facilitated at all seven Jackson County high schools via the P3 career coaches.
